Looking to nail down your goals in the gym or at home? Sign up for a one time fitness program or come in for a butt kicking in-person group workout!

**Please email to inquire about the next coached Sexy Mama or Sexy Woman programs. The coached programs run for 12 weeks with bi-weekly check ins, group support, confidence challenges and the best community! Cost : 2 payments of $300

An intermediate fitness program consists of 12 weeks and 3 phases. Can be done at home or at the gym, depending on desire and equipment available. Requires some at home equipment.

A mama-to be program! Trimester focused , at home or gym workout for the expectant mother. 3 phases focused on movement, posture and core strength to prepare for birth and postparum recovery. Quick and effective workouts to keep you and baby healthy and happy.

Post-partum program that can be done at home or in the gym. Three phases focusing on brining movement back, working on core and overall strength. Workouts that can be done while baby naps or plays along side you. A focus on taking care of the mama, brining energy back and building strength for all the day to day tasks required of motherhood.
